The annual meeting of the U.S.-China Foundation for International Exchanges was held on July 9, 2005 at San Francisco. Mr. Zhang Jianguo, Chairman of the Boardl presided at the meeting. 2. Jinfa Wan. Mr. Jinfa Wan graduated and received his Bachelor’s degree in 1995 from Beijing Aeronautic University and received his Master’s degree in 2004 from Harbin Engineering University. Mr. Wan worked as Division Chief in 1982 in China Aeronautical Co., Deputy Director in 1997 in SAFEA and China International Talent Exchange Foundation. Mr. Wan has the title of Senior Accountant with extensive experience in finance and project management of international exchanges. 3. Qiming Peng. Mr. Qiming Peng graduated from Middle and South China Finance University. He worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, SAFAE and China International Talent Exchange |

Mr. Haoqing Xu graduated and received his Bachelor’s degree of Law in 1991 and Master’s degree in 1998 from China People’s University. From 1991 he has been working in SAFEA, CAIEP as project manager, deputy chief, Assistant to the Director and Deputy Director of CAIEP office. Mr. Xu gained wide experience in project management of international exchanges. |
